Bello Scandi

Ingredients:
2cl Nuet Dry Aquavit
2cl Aperol
2cl Lemon Juice
2cl Simple Syrup
A squeeze of egg whites
Ice

Process:
Add all liquid ingredients into the shaker and do a quick dry shake. Top the shaker with ice and shake hard. Strain into a chilled rocks glass and garnish with a slice of grapefruit. That’s how you make the Bello Scandi, the beautiful Scandinavian.

Nuet Spritz

Ingredients:
4cl Nuet Dry Aquavit
8cl high-quality lemonade
8cl+ sparkling wine
A rosemary twig and a grapefruit slice garnish
Ice

Process:
Our signature serve. Simply fill a glass with ice, add Nuet Dry Aquavit and lemonade, and top up with sparkling wine. The type of sparkling wine you wish to use depends on your budget and your preference. The drier the wine, the better.

Stir gently, then add a twig of rosemary and a slice of grapefruit.

Nuet Mule

Let’s make the Nuet Mule.

Ingredients:
4 cl Nuet Dry Aquavit
10cl ginger beer
Lime and cucumber for garnish
Ice

Process:
This doesn’t really get any easier. Simply mix 4cl of Nuet with your preferred ginger beer in a glass of ice. Squeeze a lime wedge and toss it into the cocktail. Stir, and then garnish with cucumber.

Nuet Lemonade


This is the Nuet Lemonade.

Ingredients:
4cl Nuet Dry Aquavit
12cl high-quality lemonade
A squeeze of grapefruit
Rosemary and seasonal berries for garnish
Ice

Process:
This is an incredibly simple and fresh cocktail to make at home, or when you’re on the move.
Fill your glass with ice. Add 4cl Nuet Dry Aquavit and 12cl lemonade. The better quality lemonade, the better the cocktail. Squeeze in the juice from a slice of grapefruit, and toss it in. Garnish with toppings to your liking. Our favourites are rosemary and fresh seasonal berries.

Nuet & Tonic

Ingredients:
5 cl Nuet Dry Aquavit 
Premium dry tonic
Grapefruit
Ice

Process:
Everyone loves a gin & tonic. But keep in mind that Nuet Dry Aquavit was named “the world’s first aquavit that serves as a proper premium gin substitute” by the prestigious London Spirits Competition in 2020. So why not try something new and better? After all, one of the litmus tests we had when developing the recipe for the Nuet Dry Aquavit was that it needed to work in a dry martini and with tonic, as these are honest drinks with “nowhere to hide”. These are drinks where no other aquavit had made the cut, until we did.

Simply add all ingredients to a collins glass filled with ice. For that proper Nuet twist, you may want to squeeze just a tad of grapefruit peel in there. Remember to use proper premium tonic, for the best experience.

Nuet Gimlet

Let’s make the Nuet Gimlet.

Ingredients:
3 cl fresh lime juice
2 cl Blackcurrant syrup
5 cl Nuet Dry Aquavit

Garnish: Slice of lemon.

Nuet Martini


This is the Nuet Martini.

Ingredients:
1cl dry vermouth
6cl Nuet Dry Aquavit

Process:
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass with ice cubes. Stir well. Strain in chilled martini cocktail glass.

Garnish: Grapefruit peel, and olives.

Oslo Otter

This is how to make the Oslo Otter.

Ingredients:
4 cl Nuet Dry Aquavit
4 cl apple juice
2 cl sparkling water
1,5 cl lime juice
1,75 cl simple syrup (50/50 sugar and sparkling water.)

Process:
Compile in a glass with ice. Twist the lid on and shake to mix, or stir with a spoon. Add drops of Angostura bitters to create a float.

Garnish: Rosemary twig, smacked to bring out the aromatic oils.
