Muddled thyme and 1 radish
4 cl Nuet Dry Aquavit
2 cl lime juice
2 cl simple syrup (50/50 sugar and carbonated water)
1 cl aquafaba
Indian pale ale
Shake first without ice to expand the aquafaba, then shake again with ice. Strain off into a glass, top off with Indian pale ale. Garnish: Radish, thyme and fresh pepper.
