Oslo Otter

This is how to make the Oslo Otter.

Ingredients:
4 cl Nuet Dry Aquavit
4 cl apple juice
2 cl sparkling water
1,5 cl lime juice
1,75 cl simple syrup (50/50 sugar and sparkling water.)

Process:
Compile in a glass with ice. Twist the lid on and shake to mix, or stir with a spoon. Add drops of Angostura bitters to create a float.

Garnish: Rosemary twig, smacked to bring out the aromatic oils.

Thyme Traveller

Ingredients:
Muddled thyme and 1 radish
4 cl Nuet Dry Aquavit
2 cl lime juice
2 cl simple syrup (50/50 sugar and carbonated water)
1 cl aquafaba
Indian pale ale

Process:
Shake first without ice to expand the aquafaba, then shake again with ice. Strain off into a glass, top off with Indian pale ale. Garnish: Radish, thyme and fresh pepper.

Carry Me Away

Ingredients:
Small handful of coriande
Grated ginger
4 cl Nuet Dry Aquavit
3 cl pink grapefruit juice
2 cl lime juice
2,5 cl simple syrup (50/50 sugar and carbonated water)

Process:
Blend with 5-6 ice cubes 30 seconds. Garnish: Slice of ginger.

Nordic Cooler

Let’s make the Nordic Cooler.

Ingredients:
5 dl Nuet Dry Aquavit
2 dl elderflower cordial (or any flavoured cordial)
5 dl pineapple juice
1 dl lemon juice
Lemon, lemon balm and a pineapple for garnish
Ice

Process:
This is one very simple to make drink for when you’re having a party at home, or as a refreshing drink in the sun for you and your friends when you’re outside on a picnic. Find a jug or bowl, and simply mix all the ingredients together with ice. Garnish with slices of lemon and pineapple and lemon balm. And that’s the Nordic Cooler.

Scandi Symphony

Here is how you make the Scandi Symphony.

Ingredients:
5 dl Nuet Dry Aquavit
2 dl Créme de Cassis
2 dl lemon juice
6 dl strawberry juice
Ice
Fresh berries for garnish

Process:
Now, this is an easy drink to make at home, best suited for when you’re having friends and family over. Simply mix all ingredients in a large bowl or a jug, garnish with some fresh seasonal berries, and there you go. An easy to make punch that never goes out of fashion.

Fizzy Nordic

This is how you make the Fizzy Nordic.

Ingredients:
2 cl Nuet Dry Aquavit
2 scoops of lemon sorbet
1 cl simple sugar syrup (1:1)
Prosecco or Champagne
A couple of raspberries
Fresh berries for garnish
Ice

Process:
This an easy cocktail for parties that will impress. However, it does a little more work than most Nuet Homemade cocktails. Add ice, lemon sorbet, Nuet Dry Aquavit, sugar syrup and raspberries in a shaker, and shake for about 30 seconds, until the berries have been properly crushed. Strain into a Champagne glass, top up with prosecco or Champagne, and add some seasonal berries for garnish.
