Nuet Gimlet

Let’s make the Nuet Gimlet.

Ingredients:
3 cl fresh lime juice
2 cl Blackcurrant syrup
5 cl Nuet Dry Aquavit

Garnish: Slice of lemon.

Oslo Otter

This is how to make the Oslo Otter.

Ingredients:
4 cl Nuet Dry Aquavit
4 cl apple juice
2 cl sparkling water
1,5 cl lime juice
1,75 cl simple syrup (50/50 sugar and sparkling water.)

Process:
Compile in a glass with ice. Twist the lid on and shake to mix, or stir with a spoon. Add drops of Angostura bitters to create a float.

Garnish: Rosemary twig, smacked to bring out the aromatic oils.

Scandi Symphony

Here is how you make the Scandi Symphony.

Ingredients:
5 dl Nuet Dry Aquavit
2 dl Créme de Cassis
2 dl lemon juice
6 dl strawberry juice
Ice
Fresh berries for garnish

Process:
Now, this is an easy drink to make at home, best suited for when you’re having friends and family over. Simply mix all ingredients in a large bowl or a jug, garnish with some fresh seasonal berries, and there you go. An easy to make punch that never goes out of fashion.
